When I click File > Connect, I receive the error message “Connection to phone could not be established: No device attached to USB”. Since there seems to be no way of rooting the Desire 620 (maybe because of the 64-bit Snapdragon?), I also cannot make such changes through file managers like X-plore or Total Commander. I did this using MPE on my Samsung Galaxy SII with an Android version older than KitKat. I want to add files from Windows to my external SD card and make other changes to the external SD card like moving folders on the card and renaming files.
